At Benzie Design, we want you to be inspired by every color and texture you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on uncut felt and unused supplies within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, resaleable condition; please note that custom cut felt, yardage, and clearance items are final sale.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address for your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
